Privacy policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This policy explains what information TierDelta ("we", "us") collects on tierdelta.com and all of its project pages, and how it is used.

Information you give us

TierDelta runs early-access waitlists for several of its projects (for example Pricing Check, Competitor Pricing Watch and others listed on our home page). If you join a waitlist, you give us your email address. We note which project's list you joined and use your email only to tell you when that product is available, and for closely related updates. Each list is separate; joining one does not sign you up for the others. You can ask us to delete it at any time. We do not sell your email address.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our web server records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.

If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we read campaign tags in the address (such as utm_source, utm_campaign and fbclid) and keep them in your browser's session storage for that visit only, so we can tell which ad brought you.

Meta Pixel and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, to understand how our ads perform. It may set cookies and send Meta information such as the pages you view, the fact that you joined a waitlist, campaign tags, and technical details about your browser and device. Meta may use this information under its own privacy policy. We do not send your email address to Meta.

You can limit this by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, using your Meta ad preferences, or using browser privacy features and extensions.

How long we keep data

Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

Our sites are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
